Booking and payment regulations

  1. These Regulations define the conditions under which WawelSee Apartments can be booked and rented.
  2. The rental applies each time to the entire apartment. The minimum rental period is 2 nights .
  3. Pre-booking . Pre-booking can be made by phone, e-mail or the WawelSee.pl website. When making an initial reservation, it is necessary to specify the date of stay and the number of people. Pre-booking takes place after confirming the availability of the apartment and a clear declaration of willingness to rent. Pre-booking is valid for 24 hours.
  4. Guaranteed reservation takes place after making an advance payment for the stay. From the moment of making the initial booking, the time for making the advance payment is 48 hours. The deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay or 100% of the amount of stay, if the check-in date is less than 3 days. The reservation is considered confirmed after sending the proof of payment / transfer to the e-mail address: kontakt@wawelsee.pl or crediting the funds to the bank account.
  5. After posting the payment of the deposit or sending the confirmation of the transfer, the reservation is considered confirmed.
  6.   7. In the event of the Lessee’s complete resignation from the stay for reasons beyond the Landlord’s control, the down payment is not refundable.
  8. The difference between the price for the stay and the deposit must be paid by bank transfer at the latest on the day of the start of the stay.
  9. Payment of the deposit means that the Lessee has read and accepted the Booking and Payment Regulations and the Regulations of stay at WawelSee Apartments.

Regulations of stay

  1. WawelSee Apartments is rented for days. The day lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. If the Guest did not specify the length of stay during the booking, it is assumed that the cottage has been rented for two days. A wish to extend the stay beyond the period specified in the reservation, the Guest should report to the Landlord by 11:00 on the day of check-out. The Lessee will take into account the wish to extend the stay as long as the Apartment is available. Failure to leave the house by 11:00 am on the day of check-out, without notifying the Tenant, is treated as an extension of the stay for another day. The fee for the additional period of stay will be based on the prices in effect on the date of extension.
  2. The guest cannot transfer the cottage to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
  3. People who are not checked-in at WawelSee Apartments can stay in the cottage as a guest from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Staying of an unchecked person in the apartment after 10:00 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the lessee for the paid accommodation of an unregistered person according to the full prices applicable on the check-in date. The Lessee will refuse to accommodate an additional person in the Apartment, in which the maximum number of people is already accommodated.
  4. The curfew lasts from 22:00 to 7:00. The behavior of guests or people using the services of WawelSee Apartments should not disturb the peaceful stay of other people staying in the area. In the event of persistent or particularly reprehensible interference with the stay of other people by the Guest or a person using the services of WawelSee Apartments, the tenant has the right to refuse to continue providing services with immediate effect. In this case, the Guest will not be entitled to a refund for the remainder of the stay.
  5. Guest of WawelSee Apartments should pay a deposit immediately after booking and pay the entire amount for the stay no later than on the day of check-in.
  6. Photo ID is required for check-in. In the case of guests who do not have Polish citizenship, the tenant has the right to make a copy of the document confirming identity.
  7. WawelSee Apartments provides services in accordance with its standard. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them to the Tenant. WawelSee Apartments is obliged to ensure: conditions for the full and unhindered rest of the guest, safety of stay, including the security of keeping secret information about the guest, professional service in the scope of all services provided and performing necessary repairs of devices in the scope agreed with the Guest.
  8. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the apartment, which was caused by his fault or the fault of visitors. Failure to submit comments and reservations as to the technical condition of the apartment by the Guest is tantamount to the fact that the apartment has been put into use in a condition that does not arouse any comments or objections from the Guest. In the event of defects that cannot be removed, WawelSee Apartments will make every effort to relocate the guest to another facility or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
  9. WawelSee Apartments shall not be liable for the loss or damage of property, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value left at the cottage during the guest’s stay.
  10. WawelSee Apartments is not responsible for the destruction or theft of the vehicle left by the Guest in the parking lot.
  11. In the case of items left in the apartment, after leaving the apartment, they will be sent back at the guest’s expense to the address indicated by him. If the Guest does not indicate the address or if the Guest does not collect it in person within 30 days from the date of departure from the apartment, the items will be expropriated.
  12. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms. Violation of this prohibition may result in refusal to continue providing services with immediate effect and charging the Guest with an additional fee of PLN 1500 added to the cost of the stay to cover the costs of washing fabrics, refreshing the apartment and excluding it from renting. In addition, due to the fire protection requirements, it is not allowed to use any objects or devices that may create a fire hazard in the cottage. At the same time, it is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the apartment.
  13. It is strictly forbidden to organize events in the WawelSee Apartments.
  14. Early departure of the Guest for reasons beyond the control of WawelSee Apartments does not entitle him to claim a refund for unused services.
  15. Failure to comply with the WawelSee Apartments regulations by the Guest may result in the right to refuse to continue providing services with immediate effect. The Guest will not be entitled to reimbursement of the costs of unused services.
